This project is located in Thessaloniki, at Kalamaria area pretty close to the city’s waterfront. The building consists of a basement with a storage area, a pilotis with parking and planting area and four levels, where the apartments are organized.
All apartments consist of two levels connecting with an internal staircase.
They all offer great vies to the city or to the sea, due to their large balconies.
The minimal geometry of the facade and the grey tones, complete the image of the building.
