This project is located in Thessaloniki, in a residential area close to the university’s campus and city center.

The building is organized in six levels, each of them consists of 3 nice apartments. Some of them expand on a second level by connecting with an internal staircase.

This design provides a beautiful interior space. All apartments offer large balconies at the front façade, while the larger ones also have a smaller balcony at the back side of the building.

The ground floor includes the entrance to the building as well as parking place and a green area for the residents.

Storage spaces are designed for each apartment in the basement.
