This project is situated in Thessaloniki, close to the university campus and the city centre.
The building consists of a basement with a storage area, a pilotis with parking and planting area and six levels, where the apartments are organized.
Each floor has two apartments, while two lofts are designed at the fifth floor.
The lofts extend to the sixth floor and offer great views to the city, due to their private terrace.
The minimal geometry of the façade and the grey tones, complete the image of the building.
