A private holiday house placed in the old, traditional settlement of Nikiti.
We completely reconstructed the building, as even the roof was absent and only the walls were preserved.
Traditional materials were used for the construction, in harmony with the architecture of the greater area as all buildings there are preservable and under the supervision of the Ephorate of New Monuments.
A remarkable feature of the specific project is its phenomenal architecture and the stunning scenery of the settlement.
