This project is located in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, a beautiful residential area close to the city’s waterfront. The building is organized in five levels, some of them consist of one single, large apartment, while other are divided in two smaller.
Some of the apartments are designed in two levels, connecting with an internal staircase.
All apartments have nice, large balconies, that offer a great view to the city or also to the sea.
The pilotis on the ground floor offers parking space next to the planting area.
Storage spaces are designed for each apartment in the basement.
The minimal geometry and coloration of the facade, complete the image of the building.
